Returns & Refunds Policy
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Items should be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Refund Process
- Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

- Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning items, as MY Beauty World cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@mybeautyworld.co.uk. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
